At the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Ch (IIQTC)i, your privacy is important to us. To help us communicate with you via our email newsletter, we use Topica , one of the largest email service providers in the world. Topica hosts customer lists for thousands of businesses and organizations, professional associations, non-profits, and community groups.

When you register for our email communications, we collect only your email address, interests, first name, and zip code or country. When you are prompted to update your profile, the only required information is your first name, email and interests although other fields are available if you wish to complete them.

You may opt out of the IIQTC mailing list at any time by clicking the Unsubscibe link in our e-letters sent from Topica. If it is between communications, simply send an email to IIQTC headquarters briefly requesting to be removed. These requests are processed the same day as they are received.

The information that you provide will be used by IIQTC for service, editorial, and networking purposes only. We may also occasionally provide your email address to carefully-screened partners or third-party companies for the purpose of giving you news about relevant events, information or publications. We will never rent or sell your personal information to any third party.
